We are deeply passionate about helping you get a good night’s sleep so you can live a full life of energy, and helping provide relief to those who experience acute and chronic TMJ pain. We work closely with general dentists, physicians, sleep specialists, and physical therapists to provide care for OSA patients who are CPAP-intolerant or do not require CPAP assistance, and TMJ patients who suffer from debilitating pain.

For more than 25 years, we have provided and continue to provide the highest quality of care to our patients through the use of state-of-the-art technology. And this attention to detail extends from the reception area all the way to the treatment chair.

Dr. Robert S. Semco, DMD, MS, D.ABDSM

Qualified Dentist and Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine

In addition to practicing Dentistry and Orthodontics since 1992, Dr. Semco has earned the designation of “Qualified Dentist” by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and is double Board-certified in Dental Sleep Medicine and Orthodontics. He has completed the Tufts University Dental Sleep Medicine Program and graduated from the AADSM Mastery Program - a clinically-focused and evidence-based, comprehensive series of courses in Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Semco avidly pursues educational opportunities and has obtained hundreds of hours of continuing education in Dental Sleep Medicine and TMJ pain.

A U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Semco studied at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated first in his class. He completed his orthodontic residency at the Mayo Clinic, a world-renowned teaching and research hospital, which accepts only one resident per year. He is Board-certified in Dental Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and is Board-certified in Orthodontics by the American Board of Orthodontics.

When not in the office, Dr. Semco enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, Nancy and their three children, Brittany, Rob and Mark. Fun fact about Dr. Semco: He was a licensed falconer and has trained two red-tailed hawks and a Harris’s hawk.

Nancy Semco, RPh

Nancy is one of the warm, smiling faces you see when you walk in to our office. She is the key point of contact for you as a patient. She has over 20 years of experience in dental and orthodontic care, and holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island.

Outside of the office, Nancy enjoys watching British dramas and traveling. Fun fact about Nancy: She's backpacked England, Spain, Ireland, and Portugal, and loves to go snorkeling in the Caribbean. She loves spending time with her one-eyed, rescue kitty “Elsie” and her beautiful, Ragdoll cat “Aleks”.
